Avanti Valley View Apartments

Been living here for three years and I never had an issue with the manager. She’s very helpful and professional about her job. I love how they do inspections, and fumigate the apartments making sure they are clean. My only issue is the neighbors that they don’t respect the rules, and people have been stealing gym equipments!!!! Overall this place is great to move in and rent but some people ruins it.

I have been living at these apartments since they first opened almost 2 years now. And for starters let me mention that this has been the worst living environment. They hired a very unprofessional with poor work ethic manager, who is very disrespectful to the residents here. There has been several complaints about her and yet nothing has been done about it. She doesn’t seem to handle her job accordingly and doesn’t have an assistant to help her. Another bad thing is that they built a parking lot too small for the units here. There is only 144 total parking spaces (including handicapped and 10 spaces with roof which cost an extra $50 a month) and 80 units which means you only get one permit sticker to park and one visitors pass per unit even if you own multiple cars. worst apartments to live at, manager is rude and blames everyone for the cause of the apartment, doesn’t matter what it is she’ll blame you. doesn’t talk to people nicely at all and mocks people. there’s no maintenance so the trash is everywhere and the bins are completely filled. try to skip this apartment if you can. just misery all around.

I visited the property to get information on a 2bedroom and I got all the information I need from the manager. She was knowledgeable and showed me around. The place is really nice and kept up with. They had arts and crafts and popcorn for the kids which I thought was nice. They have a nice pool and playground area for kids as well.

The fire alarm goes on like crazy, waking you up multiple times at 2am-5am. Crazy multiple inspections and if the front lady doesn't like how you clean your apartment you will get a warning stating to clean it if not you will get a fine. I so regret coming in to this place. Don't trust any of the 5⭐️ reviews they are clearly lying to you!
