I had a very frustrating experience due to inconsistent and misleading information during the application process. This property was recommended to me by a former resident who spoke very highly of it, so I was excited to tour and potentially lease. Both myself and the person I toured with were told by the leasing agent that the application only needed to be submitted by the 20th to receive the special. At no point were we informed that it also needed to be submitted and approved by that date, nor were we told that the approval process takes up to three business days. This information would have directly affected my decision to apply. I was also initially told there would be no cost to apply. 3+ year resident here….. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Firstly, the 5 star reviews you see here are fake, non-residents to try to save face, Whatever you do, do not move here. Vehicle break-ins constantly. no security here for you or your vehicles or pets. Management is trash, doesn’t answer the phone, doesn’t return voicemails or emails. Community is hardly taken care of and priority is put on installing new fans in the open hallways and painting hallways, but not into securing broken gates, etc. Management couldn’t care less who you are, how long you’ve been a loyal on-time paying client. There’s a reason it’s 2.5 stars, and I’m surprised it’s even at that. I’m almost 60 days out from lease ending and haven’t got the slightest hint of renewal options. I will never come back here. Ms Posada is very nice and throws a lot of events for the property angel and Reynaldo are always very pleasant and very friendly love seeing them two requests either for a great tour. Maintenance is fast, coffee is delicious and the property is very clean.

Do not move here. This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in and I’ve lived in 7 different complexes. Let’s start with today’s issue. I noticed water dripping from the ceiling (not the drain pipe) where my ac unit is. I called the leasing office and Joseph (leasing agent) said he was going to call maintenance, and told me to fill out a maintenance request online. I fill out a maintenance request and label the priority as “urgent”. An hour and a half later I call the leasing office again and this time Angel (leasing agent) tells me she’ll make sure maintenance is made aware and it will be fixed before eod. I had to leave to run errands, expecting this to be fixed by the time I returned. I come home and what a surprise, it wasn’t fixed and by this point water is pouring o

I’ve been living here for 4 years, and honestly, the only good year was the first one. The staff and management were completely different back then. After that, new management came in and everything started going downhill. They even fired the best maintenance man just because he couldn’t pay their rent, which says a lot about their priorities. We’ve had a broken elevator for about a year now. A year. That makes it really hard for anyone with mobility issues to get to their home or visit loved ones. My grandma hasn’t been able to visit me because of it. The only time the staff acts helpful is when they’re walking around with a potential tenant trying to make the place look good. The maintenance crew is the only team that actually does their job and shows up when you need them. Management
