Avant at Midlothian

Avant at Midlothian has been a breath of fresh air. The whole staff has been extremely professional and informative. They made everything super easy from the initial application to the day I got my keys. Since I have moved in, they have all been great with answering any question that I have. The maintenance team is awesome and very timely with responding to maintenance requests. I’m super happy with my experience with the staff. The apartment complex as a whole is beautiful. They do a great job with keeping the property clean. The neighbors are friendly and respectful of the property. Living here has ultimately been a positive experience, I would recommend this to my friends.

10/10. What can I say?! We are officially getting settled into our new apartment here and wow. My fiancée, son and I have absolutely loved the first few nights we’ve been here. Our apartment location is gorgeous, and we’re super excited to wake up and have coffee on our balcony. We would love to thank the leasing office for being so helpful and making it such a relaxing process. We appreciate you guys muchly, and we look forward to our stay here at Avant!

I truly don’t like leaving bad reviews, and I’ve given this administration many chances, but unfortunately it continues to be disappointing. Communication is extremely slow—emails often take days to be answered. I have raised several serious concerns over time, including the property being full of dog waste, gas vehicles repeatedly parking in EV charging stations, and significant spider and insects infestations inside my apartment during the summer. One incident was especially concerning: I had contact with spider urine inside my apartment, which caused an infection on my hand. I reported the ongoing pest issue immediately. After several days, pest control was sent only once, but the problem continued and no permanent solution was ever provided, or follow up. The trash service has also b

I would like to leave a honest review! It is a very new appartment complex and we are happy with the community garden that we can share. And that the office ordered fresh soil so we can make the garden look pretty for everyone. Unfortunately the water bottles in the fridge at the gym are often not stocked and we can not even use the TV for spinning video's in the yoga room. Its shut off. Next to that, Avant says that we can not smoke at our appartments and its a smoke free area, but many (many!!) people smoke cigarretes and other stuff on their balconys. We kindly ask multiple times the office to help us with our neighbours who still keep smoking cigarrettes but after months nothing has changed. I guess its hard to control the smoking. I live in one of the townhomes, very nice quiet area. Neighbors are nice maintenance is quick with responding to any issues. I love the fact they hold events and have food trucks at least once a week in the neighborhood to try. Great place to live!
