Don't live here. Management is poorly trained and organized. Work orders not complete. Water shut off a lot. When a tenant passes, they put notices on doors for some type of extra charge. Some neighbors are very disrespectful with nothing done by management. Want to enforce no smoking in your own apartment.

Way to many homeless people on the property gates always left open and a lot of the apartments have a lot of traffic in and out all times of the day and night and to many people don’t keep their dogs on leashes they just let them run wild and hardly anyone picks up after there dogs, there is supposed to be security on the property but you never see them. To many people getting drunk and carrying on and starting fights.

My elderly friend moved here a few months ago with brand new furniture and now it's infested with bed bugs. We asked if maintenance could throw the bed away because it's crawling with bugs after the exterminator finally came. Apparently they won't assist in throwing it away because "it's not like they put the bugs there." Disgusting. Going to have to find him a new apartment where his health won't be at risk.

I currently live at Avani Apartments and overall, I do like it here. The apartment itself is nice, the area is quiet, and maintenance does a great job of taking care of things quickly. The front of the property always looks well-kept and clean, which is appreciated. That being said, there are some serious issues that need to be addressed: • Dog waste: The back of the complex (near the rocks and gate) is full of dog feces. It smells bad, it looks bad, and it’s been there so long it blends into the rocks. Nobody should have to live in a community where dog waste is left everywhere. Management should install dog waste stations (with bags and bins) throughout the property so residents have no excuse not to clean up after their pets. I lived here summer 23-24. Definitely a terrible experience. While I lived here the water got shut off every other month and I would come home to my animal almost dying from heat exhaustion. Mind you, this place was built in the 50s but the infrastructure was never replaced since then. So every month to month and a half a water line broke under the parking lot and instead of management calling you, you will wake up to a notice to tow your car. Had that happen twice, even thought they had my plates, make and model but still got a sticker slapped on my car, would have preferred a call from management.
