Avana Bellevue

I had a great experience with Mr.Robert Forrest, he made me very comfortable during my tour and let me know all the information during my walk through. Very nice gentleman and made the experience awesome with jokes and he was very professional I would recommend this company if you want a HOME!

Do not choose this apartment complex! There are dozens in this area for a similar price and half the issues. Just look at the other reviews. I had a 13 month lease, 8 of which were spent with a completely flooded closet. I had to fight tooth and nail to get any sort of compensation for it, including the electric bills from the dehumidifier and fan usage. My building was flooding from two different places, both of which took months to fix with multiple excuses. The first time it flooded, I was not informed and came home to a giant fan and dehumidifier plugged up in my closet, along with several of my belongings thrown to the side. Lived at Avana Bellevue for a year, and they're perfectly serviceable apartments. Definitely not the level of "luxury" they market on their website, but also not the worst apartments in Bellevue. Their maintenance staff is amazing, quick response times and friendly! The community itself is also great, all neighbors are respectful of the space and all keep clean and quiet. The apartments themselves are okay. The "upgrades" are mediocre, definitely landlord special-y. Appliances are old, vinyl flooring is cheap, and the paint job is borderline embarassing. Nice apartments from a glance and HUGE, just don't look too close at the details, lol. All the windows are also filthy and they never clean them. While looking at apartments in the area for relocating, I happened to drive by this apartment complex and I must say, I was very impressed. While the front staff was a little busy, the manager Stacy still took a moment to come out and ask how she could assist with basic information until I could speak to a leasing agent. Her personality, professionalism, and assistance were beyond what I expected from just walking in. Even before touring, I felt at home just because of our interaction. I am looking forward to living here soon and would highly recommend!

I love our apartments! The outside is always well kept and the staff are very sweet and kind people! The 3 bedroom is very spacious if you have a family! The maintenance team literally comes right out you don’t have to wait and if you do it’s not long.
