Avalon Villas Apartments

The apartments are VERY nice and affordable for myself and my kids, the only thing is they don’t have washer and dryers in the units and I have to drive to a laundromat because the onsite laundry room washers are always down or don’t wash right because the tenants don’t use them properly sadly, this could be a very NICE place to call home. People just need to learn to respect and throw there trash where it belongs and not be lazy when it comes to picking up their dog poop! The manager is a kool dude.

I resided at Avalon Villas from September 2021 through August 2025. The apartments themselves are spacious, with updated appliances, and the rental rates are relatively reasonable for the area. Unfortunately, the overall community environment declined significantly during my time there. The security gates were frequently inoperative, the grounds often had visible trash and pet waste, and the on-site laundry facilities were consistently out of order. Rather than addressing these recurring concerns, management appeared to focus more on minor tenant infractions, which ultimately influenced my decision to move. Additionally, safety is a concern. The broken gates and unsecured side entrances made it easy for non-residents to access the property. For this reason, I would not recommend this com

Very nice inside the apartment. Plenty closet and cabinet space. The manager is cool once you get to know him. Have a preschool on site

Nice place. All the tenants are very respectful and nice. My Aunt lives there so I only go there to visit her but seems like a nice place.

So thee apartments themselfs are good. Very nice on the inside. Central AC and heat which you can control with your phone. Section 8 tho so they can attract the not so clean people. Gated for cars. But anyone can walk in. Apartment staff picks up trash daily in the AM . Cannot reverse park overnight tho.
