Avalon Towers Bellevue

We lived here for three years and recently decided to move to a townhouse, but we truly had a great experience during our time here. The maintenance team, Chris and Jeff, are incredibly responsive, professional, and always so kind—they even took the time to play with our cats, which meant a lot to us. The management team is just as wonderful: friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. Any questions or concerns we had were handled quickly and thoughtfully, which made living here stress-free and comfortable. We’re really grateful for the past three years and would absolutely recommend this apartment community to anyone looking for a well-managed place with people who truly care about their residents. I moved here about five months ago, and the experience has been excellent. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. I would like to give special thanks to Sadiki for his great support and dedication. From the first meeting, he was very welcoming and helped me choose an apartment with a beautiful view and a layout that perfectly fit my needs. He also went above and beyond to help resolve an issue with packages that arrived late after my travel, which I truly appreciated. Also The maintenance team is responsive and always takes care of requests quickly. I highly recommend Avalon Towers to anyone looking for a comfortable.

We have lived here for one month and really love it. There have been a few minor issues that needed to be addressed with our refrigerator and furnace. The maintenance team is fantastic, Jeff and his co-worker(sorry, don’t know name) have been so very quick to respond, touch base with us regarding the status of repairs and solved the issues in a more than timely manner. Maintenance and repairs in a property this large can be challenging and I am pleased with the response and kindness of Avalon’s maintenance team.

They were professional, efficient, and very friendly, including being kind and considerate toward our dog. We truly appreciate their support and outstanding service!

First of all I would like to say that Sadiki is great and was extremely helpful during my move in process. Nothing but compliments for him. However, the quality of the HVAC unit in my apartment is frustrating. Only two days after I moved in and the HVAC stopped working, and now my unit is stuck at 66F and it is freezing. Maintenance came in once and “fixed” it but the issue persists. Submitted an emergency maintenance request on Monday and was told that someone will come on Friday. This makes the so called emergency maintenance useless.
