The entire maintenance staff was professional, quick, and very efficient. They addressed the issue promptly and worked with care and respect for my space. I truly appreciate their responsiveness and the quality of their work. Great service overall!

The team at Avalon Reserve over exceeded my expectations when moving in recently. They have been both great and exceptional since day one. I honestly am grateful for Adrian and Madeline for making my move in process and easy peasy as possible. I’d recommend anyone here if they are looking for a quick and easy process when looking for a new home.

The staff is very professional, the apartments are clean and cozy, the rent is affordable, and the neighbors are friendly and personable. This is definitely a great place to live. I’m very happy in my decision of moving here. It’s quiet and peaceful which is different from living downtown Orlando. The only drawback is there is no public transportation available so you need a car to live here, and having to travel to throw out your garbage is quite inconvenient. Outside of that everything is great.

I want to give a big thank you to Alberto and his team for the amazing maintenance work at our apartment. Alberto is always so friendly, quick to help whenever something is needed, and shows real concern for residents. You can tell he truly cares about making sure everything is taken care of. We definitely need more maintenance guys like him and his team! Thank you so much for all you do, Alberto. I cannot forget about Ricky and Diego, thanks for all you do as well. Jeremiah O is truly someone special! His customer service is excellent, and he made the moving process so much easier for me and my family. He was always on top of things, quick to respond to my questions, and made sure everything that needed to be done was handled. What stood out the most is the way he treats you like family
