I have had a great experience with Avalon so far. I am early into my journey, but they have been very responsive and thorough in ensuring I have all the details I need to make the right decisions. Mark has been fantastic to work with and is a wealth of knowledge. It feels like I'm getting a premium experience and Avalon does not take shortcuts making sure their tenants and partners are going to have a good experience. Very much looking forward to continuing this partnership.

Avalon is an excellent property management company and so much more! Tal, Carlos and the whole team are knowledgeable and helpful, especially if you know very little about real estate and rental properties. They are also able to assist in property sales. I appreciate everything they have done and will do to assist my daughter and I in the rental and sales of her home!!! I highly recommend them to all!!!!

I'm a landlord and I hired this company to look after my properties. Needles to say, I've had the worst experience with them!! Since the beginning the communication was awful. They are not proactive with tenant finding. Instead, they just wait for "something to happen", blaming the market conditions. (I signed the contract for one of my properties in June and by the end of August the property was still vacant! Once I terminated the contract with Avalon, I found a reliable tenant in 2 weeks!!!) When I first signed the contract for one of my properties with Avalon, the owner Mr Tal Kramer, decided that the property needed some improvements before it could be advertised! Fair enough!
