Avalon Park at Ave Maria by Pulte Homes

Quick move in purchase-Regretful experience. This review is based off my personal experience/ living in the home. I purchased a Quick Move in home from Pulte Homes in Avalon Park at Ave Maria in January 2025. I selected this home because of the location/lot and patio. I wanted a home with a beautiful yard. It turns out I did not buy a house with a yard, but instead a house with a small swamp. Except for the Property Manager(what a delight to work with!) , no one has taken ownership of the problem, offer a real remedy not to mention, offer an apology or actual concern for my issue with the home. Sure they have come by to check out the problem (once) but only to be gaslighted and told to my face that the yard has no issue and is normal for Florida Patios to hold water that way. Since I moved

From Bill and Scott at the Pulte to office, to Anderson Diaz managing the properties with the warranty, everyone has been professional, caring and competent. Every issue that we addressed was responded to immediately and followed up on to make sure that we were satisfied. Anderson Diaz truly went above and beyond for us and we are truly grateful to him. My experience buying a home in Avalon Park with Pulte was very positive from start to finish: from signing the contract and building process to mortgage and closing. I was nervous about possible surprises — like delays, unexpected cost changes, or unfinished work — but the process was smoother than expected. Not only was our home ready on time, it was actually completed 12 days ahead of the earliest estimated date. Mortgage approval was ready right on time with the house completion, and everything worked seamlessly with the title. What I appreciated also was that the entire process — from applications to updates on the house and closing — was handled online. Thanks to our general construction manager, Cody, we were kept updated on major milestones and always knew where things stood. D

All star service - Quality build. This community, Avalon Park is beautiful. Well manicured lawns, built homes are maintained and everyone is very respectful. All ages are here and welcomed.

I just closed last week and I'm very pleased with my new home. The team, which included Michael Egan, JC Perez, and Troy were all very professional and knowledgeable. They were always willing to get back to me asap whenever I had questions throughout the entire process ...from contracting, to building, and closing. I've had 3 houses, and by far this experience has been the smoothest. The finishing touches on the house were all completed by the closing day and absolutely no punch-list was required after that. The quality of the finishes and craftsmanship is excellent. Highly recommend to friends and family.
