Ive lived here for 3 years (just renewed my lease) and it’s been an overwhelmingly positive experience. The neighborhood is perfect for me, close to everything, but way quieter/less crowded than being downtown. My apartment is modern, spacious, well appointed and thoughtfully designed, as are all the different community amenities. My kid and I use the hot tub all the time, year round, and in the summer, the pool is basically an extension of our apartment! The property’s staff is exceptional. The maintenance team in particular is outstanding. (shout out to Maged, Michael and Abel!) They respond to requests quickly, do great work, communicate consistently. I've lived here for almost 5yrs now and am thrilled with my experience, especially since Avalon took over. The property is lovely and always VERY clean!! The amenities are top notch, my apartment space is very comfortable and well equipped, neighbors are very friendly and quiet :) I have always felt very safe on the property and the surrounding neighborhood. I feel that the new company is committed to assuring the property is kept up to date and in good working order. The management staff is friendly and responsive to community needs and suggestions. Our maintenance team, particularily Abel and Maged, are absolutely top notch! I’ve had a great experience with this property! The entire complex is extremely clean and well maintained. The leasing agent Michael is fantastic — super knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about residents. The pool and communal areas are always clean and there’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Highly recommend living here!

Michael is truly the BEST leasing agent I have ever met From the moment I walked in he was so friendly, so welcoming, and just an absolute ray of sunshine at Avalon Lowry. I've been living at Avalon Lowry for about three years now, and the staff have always been accommodating. I appreciate the location because it's convenient to everything I need. It's a safe community, ideal for dog owners, with a nearby park perfect for walks. There are great shops in the area, like Denver Beer Company, where you can grab drinks or essentials. With all that's happening in the world today, their continued understanding and support mean a lot to me.
