I've been living at Avalon since late 2024. Good building and management - so my stay has been hassle free. Sharon & Kimi have been amazing to work with throughout this period. The community is quiet and common facilities are well maintained. Overall a comfortable and well run community.

Lived here less than a year and honestly can’t recommend it. • Security is a joke—in that time, I’ve had three separate mail theft incidents. This directly led to bank fraud on one of my accounts. • Constant fire alarms: We had three false alarms, including some that went off in the middle of the night. AND they do a 3-full-day fire alarm testing every year, which is just absurd. • Noise issues: The walls are paper thin; you can hear your neighbors through both the walls and the hallways. For what Avalon charges, the quality and security just aren’t there. If you value your sleep, your mail, or your peace of mind, look elsewhere.

I've been living at Avalon for going on about 4 years and it’s been an absolutely awesome experience. Our apartment has super modern finishes, and is beautiful and peaceful - we never hear noise from neighbors. Sharon, the building administrator, truly stands out for being incredibly kind, helpful, and always available for any questions or concerns. The maintenance team keeps everything very clean and well-maintained. Really important to me and my wife is that the community is extremely dog-friendly (daily treats at the front door), with other like minded, respectful and friendly residents around you. It’s a good vibe and feels like a genuine community, rather than just a cold uncaring apartment building -which we’ve also experienced many times before this. All in all I would highly recomm

Review Summary: Moved in 5 months ago, great amenities, wonderful location for SF and staff members have been super responsive and wonderful), food trucks are awesome, but ultimately overpriced ($7K+/mo) for the challenges we have experienced (stolen packages, EV chargers inconsistent, washing machine was broken upon move-in, slow internet, sensitive fire alarms going off at 3am etc.) Deep-Drive Review: - Move-In Experience: Best high-tech touring experience prior to move-in. Loved getting Latch access and being able to self-tour. However, upon moving in (see photos) the apartment was really dirty and washing machine was broken. I had to self-power wash as the response was that it's my responsibility now to clean it. -Highly recommend joining the FB Avalon group, very helpful for moving

The management team, in specific Sharon, was extremely helpful during my move in day. She spent extra time ensuring the process went smoothly and was kind and helpful to myself and the movers.
