Avalon Apartments

Avalon is a nice friendly neighborhood. First 2days of being here I’ve met some really cool neighbors. Tho moving in sucked we were lucky to meet Cory a security guy getting off work. Offered to help with little things as we were bringing up a big couch. Much thanks and big shout out to him! Also big shout out to Kylie for helping us through all the process to get this apt. She was very patient with us and helpful. Even with us being slow uploading things bc of work! We appreciate her assistance. Always loved this apt tho this is the first time living here. Can’t wait to see more of what this beautiful apartment complex has to offer! Also whiskey trail right at the entrance is amazing! Food is delicious, so is the service!

The maintenance team here always does a great job. I have no idea how to fix half the things in a home honestly so I also respect they have skills I genuinely lack. Shout out to Q especially because this fire alarm going off was starting to reactivate my PTSD lol. The front office staff are really nice too! I feel bad asking them for things but they always reassure me and help me set up whatever I need. I don’t see why Avalon gets the hate it does in some of the reviews. Their events are really nice and everybody I’ve met as tenants are crazy friendly. There’s even cute little dogs everywhere people are walking.

Great complex. Ive lived here three and a half years now and dont have anything really negative to say. Maintenance is quick when something happens, theres no bugs and the neighbors aren't loud. Overall a great place to stay.

I met with Alicia today to look at two bedroom apartment and the experience itself was amazing! The units are gorgeous and spacious. I’m very surprised and a little disappointed in the reviews because I’m scared of my car being broken into.. I am a black woman and she was very pleasant with me!

If you like roaches, then this is your place. In the time that we've been here, we've had to deal with a horrible roach infestation. Ever since we first spotted them - we've been cleaning down our kitchen. We noticed that they were actually living in the apartment walls (given that they would crawl out of the sockets and even chew through some of the walls). After notifying the apartment and sending a work order for an extermination - all they do is spray insect barrier solutions that you can buy from lowes around the apartment and call it a day. Didn't do anything to get rid of the roaches. Furthermore, we had issues with our carpet - which we also put in a work order to have it fixed, but the company they use to have their carpets installed did a horrible job in fixing it (I was quite l
