Avalon Apartments

It's always difficult to find a good place to live. Fortunately, I found this apartment complex and I love it. The management is very friendly and helpful. When my dryer broke, they fixed it in less than three days, and that was because our schedules didn't match up. At first, it was a little difficult since my building is next to a 24-hour car wash, and people occasionally come in to wash their cars with the radios blaring, sometimes very late at night, but nothing a couple of calls to the police wouldn't fix. I read a review that said there were a lot of homeless people and trash, but I've never seen anything inside the fence. In fact, the apartments have security cameras. Maybe it's obvious that there might be some crime around, but I feel very safe in my apartment. And regarding cockr

Lived here for a year and 3months. Honestly the maintenance crew and front office were very nice. I dealt with pest including cockroaches and wasps that never really went away. The location was ok, would I ever lease again, honestly no.

I've had a great experience living here. The leasing agents are amazing. When I first moved in. I had a back surgery and they went above and beyond to make sure I had a first floor apartment so I wouldn't be climbing stairs. Maintenance has been super quick. Anytime I've had an issue, usually showing up the same day.
