Avalon Apartments

We were very pleased with the touring and application process at Toonen Properties. The staff was professional, helpful, and made everything smooth and easy from start to finish. Communication was clear, and we appreciated how efficient the process was. When we received our apartment, it was slightly different from the one we toured, which we had assumed was the same layout we would be getting. That was a bit unexpected. However, the apartment itself is still very nice, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, it has been a positive experience, and we’re happy with the property.

I’ve had a great experience living at Avalon. Toonen Properties manages this community and many others, and the difference compared to non-Toonen apartments I’ve rented near Lambeau Field is honestly unmatched. Maintenance is one of the biggest standouts. Requests are handled incredibly fast, and the team is professional, friendly, and actually fixes things right the first time. The office staff is just as impressive. They’re always helpful, responsive, and patient whenever I have questions, which makes a huge difference day to day. I also genuinely love the layout and overall feel of my apartment. It’s well designed, comfortable, and feels like a place you actually want to come home to. Everything about living here feels organized, well managed, and intentional.

I've lived at Avalon since August 2024. I have lived in a few other apartment complexes over the last several years and this one is BY FAR the best. It is very well maintained, I've only had a few maintenance requests since I've lived here but they were handled quickly and efficiently. The location is perfect with easy access to Hwy 29. I have no plans to leave Avalon, it truly feels like home! Lori M.
