Avalon Apartments

I first want to thank Mr. Lane of the emergency Maintenance. He assisted the police with allowing access to the police for a welfare check for my grandmother who had a stroke and was unable to move to open the door. He saved my GMA's life. The over all staff at Avalon is excellent and has been very helpful to me as I am in Maryland and to my sister who took leave from the army to be with our grandmother. Thank you for showing how much you care.

This is an amazing apartment complex to live in! Ms. Erica & Ms. Penny are the greatest property managers that you could ever ask for! They are always so nice & helpful, and keep everything running smoothly! They really helped me get moved into my unit in a timely manner; everything was in great condition upon my move-in! I thank them and appreciate them so much for this extraordinary experience! 10/10 recommend!

Erica is caring she will help you when ever you ask her and will make sure you get help with what ever you need and she's going to be on top of who ever is helping you . everytime i have a work order Penny makes sure im taking care of im really happy with all the progress they are doing on yhe property. pool looks great!

The apartments are infested with roaches. 8102 has busted pipes or some because all it does is flood and it takes them forever to fix it. I have plenty of videos and pictures. That white maintenance man will start on something then say he’ll be back and never come back. He cut a hole in my wall and they didn’t fix it until 4 months later. They make him record people. The trash shoot is always broken and it smells bad. The air unit goes out every other week and they take their time to come fix it. When I moved out in December, underneath my bed was soak and wet and I have a platform bed. They need better workers.

If I could get a place there it would be nice. But the piece is to high for me. Like others if you don't have a job and need a place this state needs to help others like me more cause right now I am staying in a bad place no kitchen not much for cabinets pretty much just a place to lay my head to sleep.
