Avalon Apartments

I lived here from 2016-2018 and loved it. Had a 2-bed/1 bath apt upstairs which was 1000 sq ft, had a ceiling fan in the living room, with the bedroom and bathrooms being more than big enough, with nice carpeting. Kitchen space was a little cramped, but PLENTY of room for pots/pans and nice little pantry plus an "inset" desk at one side where you could put a computer (desktop or laptop) and use as an office space: that was SUPER convenient when you needed to cook and continue working! The apartments were clearly well insulated, and you'll likely have to deal with SWEPCO for your power company (never had trouble with them and they accept electronic checks/payment online that you can set up billing with online with your bank).
