Ms. Wanda the apartment manager is absolutely amazing. She’s extremely helpful with everything. The apartments are kid friendly and very family oriented. I am a current resident and I love living here.

This was the Greatest move I’ve ever made thus far, I’m beyond grateful for kind hearted vessels like The Mrs. Wanda Godfrey… a year ago today, she welcomed me with open arms, as a tenant, all I can say is good people are hard to come by, & as long as she ‘s around. I will be here as well…Blessings to her, and her entire staff.

To whom this may concern, I want to send a shout out to the manager. I do not know her last name but I do know her first name is Wanda. She is a very, very sweet, loving, kind and strict person .Don't play any Games .The way she runs Avalon apartments. I have never seen any ran them like that .Over the years that my child has been a tenant there for about 4 years. Have seen many managers come and go, not Mrs Wanda I want to thank her so much For being who she. AS a business owner that owns WAITNOMOREBAILBONDS ,Wanda is a true true manager and a caring one.Wanda u are a genuine kind person. Do not change for anyone. The move in process was easy; the apartment was clean, and carpet was shampoo, I did not have any problems. Everyone seems to mind their own business, there isn't a lot of noise or people hanging out all day and night. So far, So good!
