This is what our building looks like and this is what the carpet looks like and our elevator that had dog feces on it all weekend long. This is what the cleaning person does instead of making our building clean and the manager let's it happen because they are friends. I've been living in this building now going on 6 years and never have I ever been under this type of management where they don't allow you to enter the office when it's open if you do you either get told get out of here or I'm busy or just plan get yelled at by Nicole. When she took over things change and not for the better of the community either thing went down hill. More and more good people are leaving or wanting to leave the community because of her or because of the state of the building. We are always having water le

Please RUN! Stay away from Halcyon House. I've tried to address inhabitable living conditions, and unsafe living conditions to Nicole and Cipriana, in returned they tried to keep me from entering the building to see my son, and tried to keep my son from seeing me. I've called the police twice on these two and they were told by law enforcement, this was a form of kidnapping and holding someone hostage and not to do it again. Well a week later Nicole and Cipriana did it again! They advised security I can't come in to see my disabled son, who had his apartment infested with bed bugs and roaches, and needed my help. We called the police again and they let me come inside to help my son. In return Nicole and Cipriana said I was trespassed off the property. My son and I decided this was not

I have a disability that limits my ability to efficiently fill out paperwork. Management refused to help me until I called the corporate office. She made disrespectful comments about being required to help me with paperwork. I use a signature stamp but the manager doesn't like waiting for me to stamp things so she takes it from me without my permission and stamps my paperwork without showing me what she put my signature on. Because of her rude treatment of me due to disability, I now bring with me a witness to every meeting. She was supposed to do my inspection 2 months ago as part of the process to approve my subsidized rent. She has yet to do my required inspection. She said she was coming to do it back in Nov. but failed to give the legally required 24-hour notice. She insisted it be d

Avail is owned by Willow Bridge, a very large corporation. Therefore, we have many many fees added to our rent so you would think we could get some service such as maintenance which might take six months to get a fan or a dishwasher replaced or we could possibly get the area next To the trash shoveled of snow. If you move in here, you better have your own shovel and your own salt because some steps do not even have railings so you are going to take the chance of falling. I would not advise anyone over the age of 65 to move in here.
