Autumn Wood Apartments

Started off great. Lived here for two years. Leaving with a sour taste. HVAC broke each summer. This past summer they didn’t come fix it because it was “72 outside so you’re not a priority” even though the inside of the apartment was reading 77 downstairs with windows open. They entered my apartment without telling me. It took several emails to find out they had mistakenly entered it. Which would be fine if they had contacted me telling me that. Instead I came home from a vacation with all the lights on to my apartment and then having to search through my camera to see who had entered my apartment. It also wasn’t the normal maintenance guy. Then it took four emails to them to get an answer about it. There’s absolutely no insulation for the ceiling so the upstairs is easily 10 degrees ho

It's June... The pool isn't open yet. The frogs are so loud that they keep me up at night. They didn't do anything about my neighbor feeding stray cats. I've had freon put in my Ac unit 7 times in 3 years and it still isn't fixed. Maintenance is pretty quick about things. Everything they have worked on, except the Ac, was fixed. They're friendly and attentive. The amenities are nice at the MAIN campus which we are allowed to use. The gym is well stocked but old.

I lived here for several years before finally giving up. The only reason for 2 stars is the price and location. I had issues with bugs, broken appliances, HVAC, etc. And it would always take multiple visits by maintenance for anything to actually be done.

Constant bugs, parking is a joke and yall up people's rent under their nose. You should be ashamed

Maintenance people either don't come or argue with you about why they didn't fix your problem and instead tell you how many apartments they are responsible for.
