Unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star because giving a zero isn’t an option. Literally the worst place I have ever lived in. They do inspections every 6 months and they always make sure to find something to complain to you about. They have the most ridiculous rules to follow. For example, I set up a garage sale and was told I wasn’t allowed to and that I had to ask but when I asked they never returned my email. You have to keep your garage empty so you can fit a car and can’t use for storage, but you also can’t use a bedroom for a storage. They are literally worse than HOA. I will NEVER recommend anyone to live here. Surprising there’s not more horrible reviews as, when I talk about how horrible this place is, before I can mention where I lived people already know. Some, but not all, of the most outrageous issues: - Quality of construction materials and workmanship is very poor. - Appliances and fixtures are the cheapest. - Water is very hard. Everything in the sinks and the bathtub is covered with the thick layer of calcium and lime. If you don't want to get kidney stones and lose your hair, you'll have to install (buy or rent) a water softener. - The sinks release a very strong sewer odor. The stench is so strong, you have to hold your breath. - Breakers trip several times a day for no apparent reason, with only a table lamp on, leaving the unit in darkness, and you have to grope your way into the garage to reset the breakers. - Because of the inadequate air circulation and poor insulation, the temperature difference between the upper and lower lev

Good neighborhood with a play ground for kids and friendly neighbors. The lawn care is great and the management is awesome

Good maintenance and lawncare/snow removal is quick

I liked shopping here. I will shop here again.
