Autumn View Apartments

This apartment complex really needs a new administrator. The current one has very poor communication skills — it’s difficult to get clear information or timely responses. The property itself is nice, but the management’s lack of professionalism makes living here frustrating. I hope the owners consider bringing in someone who communicates better and treats residents with more respect.

Last Sunday, I experienced a concerning incident when my oven caught fire. Gene from property management and maintenance promptly arrived at the scene alongside the firefighters. Despite the potentially stressful situation, Gene and Ryan efficiently handled the aftermath. While the apartment incurred no damage, the stove needed replacement. I was pleasantly surprised to find that within 24 hours, Gene and Ryan had already installed a new oven. Additionally, my visits to the main office were met with reassurance and a commitment to resolving the issue promptly. I f

I would leave 0 starts if I could!!! Horrible living experience I moved in July if 2020 and by august 2020 my ENTIRE car was stolen out of the complex, the police found it a week later and I had to pay 1500 to get my car rekeyed .According to police It’s common in that complex.. Management couldn’t help because they didn’t have any cameras.. if you would like to live where they care more about your personal life then getting your repairs fixed or addressing your concerns then this is the place for you!!! Very poor communication with this complex. Now it turns out I will have dispute so bogus charges they said I Damaged the carpet and is charging me $957 to have the carpet replaced, which makes me even more confused because don’t you put new carpet down in between each tenant anyway? If not

As I've resided at Autumn View for a few years, I've found this quaint somewhat secluded complex to be comfortable living. Yes, management has changed a couple times but quality remains the same. Grounds are well kept/groomed and maintenance is always on point and timely. If I have to mention an honest concern, it would be the hope the rental cost doesn't continue to escalate. Nonetheless.....Autumn View is a good place to reside!

Very unprofessional when it comes to viewing apartments here. The office was closed, lights off etc at the time of our appointment. Nobody answered the phones either to see what had happened. We currently live over an hour away and travelled all the way with a newborn to view the place. We can’t understand how you can offer viewing times and have nobody there?
