I have lived here since January 2019. For the most part I can't complain. The manager is friendly and courteous. The maintenance team are friendly and informative. That said, this complex is going under renovation and it is stretching out the staffs time. So if you do have a problem, please be patient. The pool and Wi-Fi Cafe and Pool are located just a few blocks away at their sister property Brandy Wood. If you are familiar with pascagoula, this place is a little better than what you can expect. If your not, you will see that this place is a little "chummy". Over all, great place to live for the price. Highly recommend for those that don't want to spend most of their money on rent and bills.

I love Mrs Danielle Davis she is the best manger I have ever came across its just not just a job for her because she deeply cares about each and every tenants. And I Witness a couple of tenants try to wrong her but she has always stayed the same person loving and kind she is the real definition of a property manager some just do their job but to goes beyond one time I was about to get kicked out cause I hurt myself and couldn't work but instead of just putting me out she helped me find a way and I'm so proud to call her my apartment manager 🥹🥹🥹🥹

The Property Manager, Dee was very sweet and answered a lot of questions for us. We are new to the area. Our apartment is very nice and spacious. I would like to note per the ads we read online, that the pool,gym, WiFi cafe and laundry are all offsite at the sister property a few blocks away, but you do have full access to use them. Huge apartment for the price! Thanks Dee!!!

I really love the property here but what drew me in most, was the hospitality and kindness that the young lady gave me while showing me. Dee treated me like I meant something to her and I don’t see that very often. 100% satisfaction!

Great community. And the management is on point 👏🙌. Mrs. Garris is very accommodating and is just the sweetest thing. I'm so glad I have had to opportunity to enjoy the property and meet Mrs. Garris.
