This place is a hazardous filthy waist land that tricks you to sign the lease and show one great unit but when you move in they give you a bad unit. The manager is highly disrespectful. Will curse you out and try to fight you if you bring up any issues with your unit. This new management is worst then the previous one and has the place and the units hazardous or either abandoned due to the new management scamming for payments adding late fees to everyone not allowing by not allowing us to pay rent on time saying come with money order for rent and utilities in full or nothing will be accepted but utilities are billed through city and mailed to us now we haven’t received a bill in 2 months they are just saying what we owe rather then provide a break down so we can know the truthful amount an

UPDATE 2026|| PLEASE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE !!!!!THIS PLACE IS TRASH…I WAS THERE FOR 3+ YEARS..THE MAINTENANCE KEEPS GETTING WORSE AND WORSE. THERE HAVE BEEN MULTIPLE REPORTS OF: Roaches, bedbugs, car jacking, package theft, extreme unprofessionalism, Terrible maintenance, pipe/water issues, Lack of heat/AC, Overpriced washing/Dry, Constant washer and dryer maintenance issues, and take advantage of tenants financially etc.. IF I COULD GIVE THIS REVIEW 0 STARS, I WOULD.

I moved in the end of June and handed in my keys August 31st when I tell you this was the worst experience I’ve ever encountered this was the worst! I could write an essay on everything but I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves

This place is a dump and the people in the office are just as nasty as the complex. They lack everything from professionalism to integrity, they have poor management skills and all maintenance does is smoke weed and hang out in the garage or the leasing office oh and cut the grass 100 times in 1 week putting on a facade just for people to sign death row leasing agreements and find out the horrors of this property.

Everything people are saying in these reviews is 100% true. I work hard like everyone else to live here to come home to no Heat nor AC. This is the worst place to live in America. Not Illinois, I said America gang. Management is the biggest joke I’ve seen in my 28 years of living they do not care if the tenants live or die they just want that rent money. Nothing works properly from the AC/Heat, to the raggedy elevators, raggedy washing machines, filthy lobby everything filthy, dirty maintenance crew that does 0 work they wanna kick it ALL DAY. I deeply regret moving here & will be breaking my lease whatever you do DONT COME HERE you will be STUCK like death row!!!
