Autumn Ridge Apartments

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé has lived at this place for 2 years and it’s the worst decision ever. Before he even moved into these apartments he asked the office if he would have to move to a different unit when his lease was up, he was told no. When time came to renew his lease, he was told he couldn’t renew it and was going to have to move since they were renovating his unit. No notice, no heads up. He had to repeatedly call the office before finally getting someone. They said they put a note on the door informing him of having to move, no they didn’t. Time finally came to move units and he asked to have the move date postponed, office made it seem like it was no problem. So far our experience has been wonderful. It is quiet here, everyone is so kind, and the apartment is beautiful. Jan was so helpful with all my questions, and the office team has been so welcoming.

Terrible Experience – Avoid This Apartment Complex at All Costs! I would not recommend living at [autumn Ridge]. The management is unresponsive, the property is poorly maintained, and they unfairly kept my entire deposit despite the awful living conditions. • Leaking ceiling – Water dripped into my living room every time it rained. Instead of actually repairing it, they sent someone to spray paint over the yellow water stainsand called it "fixed." • Infestations – Cockroaches everywhere, and the buildings have bee nests, making it unsafe. • Dirty & Neglected – The complex is filthy and feels run-down.
