Roach infestation!!!! I reported roaches several times, the pest control company that they use sucks, makes the roaches worse actually. If your neighbor moves their roaches will navigate to your apartment. I’ve never had roaches until I moved here and I am disgusted. They are all in my internet equipment, my kids game systems. I take it they love heat so anything that generates heat they are there. They’re in the cracks of the walls cabinets, no matter how much I keep my place clean they won’t go away. Something needs to be done about this. The office people don’t care they seem to always look high when you go in there to talk to them. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I will be seeking higher management and authority.

Been here since March 2024 and since Ms Daniell and Brenda got here this complex is one to call Home. Very happy with our management team. Ready to see how 2026 that's us!!!

Yesterday my kids went to autumn oaks to try and swim out there and no they don't live out there it was my daughter and her brother and my 3 grandkids and my godson and his little sister so the property manager walk out the office and got in my daughter face and proceeded to talk crazy to them when all she had to do ask to leave off her property because yall don't live out here my kids i taught them not to disrespect adults. My daughter was so speechless.She said she couldn't say nothing but yes, ma'am and that she understands and proceeded to threaten them with the police when they wasn't doing nothing wrong. All they wanted to do was swim she really didn't have to disrespect my kids. She also proceeded to follow them until they got in the car and took a pictures of my daughter car like

2 weeks after moving in, we found black mold located next to the stove on the side of the cabinet. Did 3 work orders for that and the water leak in the tub. They will send someone out to look at, they will say they are coming back to fix it and then send you an email stating the order is complete. On April 15, 2025, an inspection was done and I made them aware again of the mold, still nothing. In May, I was rushed to the hospital via ambulance for medical conditions related to this mold that I've never had before. They finally came out and fixed the falling molded water damaged cabinet on June 2, 2025 in which I had already asked for a release from lease. I have been living in my unit for last 4 years and I am very grateful for the management they always fix my issues when I have a problem and that’s why I’m very satisfied with my stay here.
