Autumn Oaks Apartments

Please read and listen to the bad reviews about this place. DONT MOVE HERE. A couple of months ago my partner and I fell in love with the floor plans and the complex of Autumn Oaks and then it became a nightmare. The day we got the keys to our place I discovered a damp ceiling and mold in one of the rooms. I didn’t feel safe moving in with my partner and my animals because the apartment management refused to admit that there was mold in the unit. They also hadn’t disclosed to us that there was a massive leak in that unit just a couple of months prior where they had to completely replace carpets and what not and I felt like they were trying to downplay everything that was happening. This will be a very long review. I tried to keep it short, but still long cause I’ve lived here for too long. 😅 My husband and I lived in this apartment complex for more than 10 years (I believe at least since 2012), and we truly loved it here. However, the past three years have been little difficult for me. Unfortunately, the tenants living below us during this time were very inconsiderate, often rude, and lacked basic apartment manners. The apartment management was addressing issues related to smoking, to reduce smoke and air pollution. I appreciated their efforts to maintain a smoke-free environment. However, noise pollution can be just as disruptive. No one wants to hear loud music through the walls or floors when trying to relax at home after a long day at work. For the last three y

I do not recommend this apartment complex. There are cockroaches everywhere — inside the units and around the neighbors’ places. It’s disgusting and very uncomfortable to live like this. Management does nothing to solve the problem. On top of that, someone stole a car wheel here! It’s not safe, and the situation is only getting worse. Not recommended

After living here for a year, rent has gone up 30%, empty apartments gone up by 20%. So water/garbage went up. A lot of riff raft walking around all hours of day/night (Mgt told me, well crime rate is up all over Roseville (which it isn't, my SIL is Sherriff and states Roseville is better than any year he has been on force) My apartment is listed for almost $200 cheaper than I am now paying. No incentive to stay if they are going to keep raising rent. What used to cost $800/month is now $1800/month plus another $150 for water/garbage. There are a lot of brand new beautiful apartments near by that come with a garage, so yes I can see them charging high rates, but for a one bedroom older apartment with no garage and assigned parking is two apartments complexes over, no where near my apartmen

The staff at the office was responsive and the maintenance requests are quickly taken care of. However, their pest control is very low quality and downright crappy. We could not even live there for a full year because of an ant infestation. We put in so many requests and everytime someone came for ant control, it did nothing.
