I’ve been living here for a while and have been very disappointed in the response from maintenance. It’s not the workers themselves; I don’t believe they are adequately staffed so they are overworked and unable to respond in a timely fashion. I have had several emergencies that took an email to management for someone to provide service. I had a leaking ceiling from rain and customer service said unless the ceiling is caving in, it’s not an emergency. Go figure. Currently, you can see inside my apartment through the front door because it doesn’t close properly. I submitted a work order a week and still no one came by. My work order was escalated to an emergency and 2 days later, still no one. This is a holiday week so I suspect I will have to go 2+ weeks before someone responds. Although sa

Hi there, I just wanted to give my honest review about Nataliya who is the property manager for autumn hills apartment complex. She is so wonderful. She always kind and helpful. She is so warm. Every time I had any inquiry she helped me with ease even though she has so many responsibilities considering she manages much more than just autumn hills. If this is shared with her I would like her to know that I’m very very grateful for guidance and assistance. Update: I retracted my old reviews about maintenance

I have lived at Autumn Hills for 5 years. During that time I have had little to no issues with my unit and should something arise, they have the BEST maintenance manager on site. Pablo is very efficient, professional, knowledgeable and an overall respectful and reliable person. He cares a lot for the community and goes over and above his duties to make sure everything was done correctly. I’m sure the community feels the same.

The real estate agent Nataliya is the best ! Highly recommended! Communication and willingness to help are on the highest level. Always very kind and supportive. All issues and questions were solved immediately, that made the rental process stress-free. Never met such a great service.
