Scam artists... They will never maintain your unit first of all. Secondly when we moved out, we asked if we would be charged a fee for early termination of our lease and the office manager said no, we would not. Then she sends us a $1400 bill. They also will charge you for problems that existed before you moved in. The neighbors are generally nice but for a while we had a perv living right behind us who is now doing 20 years in federal prison for his perv actions.
