Autumn Chase Apartments

We moved to Autumn Chase in July, 2025. The application process was frustrating as we continued to be asked for more and more information. But, looking back now, I believe it was all worth it and that the leasing department wanted to assure they were renting to quality tenants. This place screams of quality. We love our apartment. We love our location within the complex. The landscaping crew keeps the outside manicured. The office staff communicates anything a tenant would need to know. And whenever possible, they are very proactive. The size of the bedrooms, bathrooms, closets are quite roomy for an apartment. All appliances seemed to be newer, possibly even brand new. We love the ice maker in the freezer and the valet trash service. The internet is super fast. N

The trash issue is getting out of hand. The garbage compactor has been overflowing for weeks; which isn't anything new, but that fact it has been going on for weeks straight is ridiculous. They decided to get an additional garbage can that is also now very full, but hard to put garbage in since it's 7ft tall. Not all trash is light enough to throw that high, and my disability makes it hard to do that anyway. The overflow causes trash piles outside of the cans and trash flying around the neighborhood. I'm really disappointed.

I first moved into autumn chase with my family back in 2017. We needed to find a place quickly and we landed here. Luckily, they had something available right away. The staff has been friendly to us and easy to work with for the most part. Even when they get new people. The maintenance team is always friendly as well. My family and I eventually upgraded into a bigger 2 bedroom. And over the years we've had some issues with our current apartment. Some are reoccurring and others seem to just pop up. These are old apartments so I guess it is expected. But I wouldn't say it's "luxury living". This is a quiet community for the most part and we've never had any issues with anyone. I lived here from 2021 until recently and had a really great experience overall. The community felt safe, which was important to me as a younger woman on my own. The location is convenient, maintenance was always quick to respond, and the property was for the most part well-kept the entire time I lived there. The downside for me was the rent increasing quite a bit over the years; my unit started at $859 in 2021 and increased each year. When it came time to renew my lease for 2025 the rent was going up to $1,276 for the same unit with no renovations or upgrades to justify such a jump.
