Condescending and rude and possibly racially discriminating as well. I was helping an Asian friend find a retail space. The property manager was unfriendly from the start. At one point she angrily suggested we were wasting her time. Mind you she never showed us the space, we offered to pay one year rent in advance and we spoke with her on the phone a total of 3 times, and no more than 15 minutes each time. I see similar complaints about this agency. My advice is to find a more professional company with a more cheerful attitude.
