I've been living here close to 5 years and this past year has been my best experience. The property is clean and well lit and maintained. Thanks for all your efforts . Very attentive to my needs. I appreciate that. Administration and Maintenance takes pride in their tenants and the property. Neighbors look out for one another as well.

Lived here for 5 years. Never had an issue that management could not solve, and since the new owners, the building has only gotten better. But life goes on and I had to move closer to my job. Very thankful for my time here.

Management cares for the tenants. Always working to improve living conditions for the tenants. Would recommend to anyone who trying to find a affordable clean place to live.

These apartments are horrible ! They are infested with mice and roaches ! This has been the most uncomfortable I have ever been living somewhere ! At one point my children have complained to see a rat ! I had to literally live somewhere for weeks waiting on the exterminator to come out ! And when he comes out he literally just puts traps down and spray roach spray ! One thing I am never going to do is lie about something so serious ! The communication is horrible they respond when they want to. I have suffered because it was convenient far as a job and school for my children. You know it’s bad when you have roaches in your refrigerator. They fix things when they want. A closet door dropped on my sons TV (the same closet door they came and fixed prior) they told me call renters insurance th
