Our daughter lives at Aurora St. Leon, and we were visiting for several weeks. We were really impressed with the beautiful layout of the apartments and the property. The business center and outdoor pool area were great places to sit and do remote work. We also loved taking walks in the nearby Ocala Recharge Park — so peaceful and beautiful. The staff has been wonderful, especially Sade, who is incredibly warm and helpful. We also met many lovely people who live here. Aurora St. Leon truly feels like an oasis in Ocala.

Living at Aurora Apartments was a disappointing experience. Management is extremely money-hungry and will fine you for everything, even minor issues that could easily be handled with communication instead of penalties. It often felt like they looked for reasons to charge residents rather than actually help them. There were several situations during my time there that made living there stressful and uncomfortable, and management was quick to deflect responsibility. For what you pay, the environment, management style, and overall experience are not worth it. If you’re moving from out of town, I strongly suggest you keep looking.
