I only gave one star to be able to write this review , I rented a house from a landlord then Ken Stilley kept coming around saying the house was for sale after 6 years of living there! Landlord was selling it ! Ken Stilley showed up whenever he felt like it to take pictures and try to have me not pay rent so he can sell the house quicker if I wasn’t there ! He cared about a commission instead of a man and his family! He doesn’t care about your interest! Yes my house was messy but uou try having 4 kids and see how it is too! I got a different house so no one cares what you say about me Ken Stilley!

Today I called to put in a verbal cash offer on property listed by Ken Stilley. He answered my call but told me the property should go pending in the next day or two since he has two offers, one which is a good one. I asked when I could check back for a firm answer and he said "hopefully pretty soon so I don't have to keep doing what I'm doing with you". Didn't ask amount of my offer, offer to provide paperwork for a written offer asap, nothing. I didn't expect much after reading other reviews but was still shocked at the indifference, laziness and lack of professionalism.

Aurora Real Estate (Ken Stilley) is an honest man that will go out of his way to satisfy a client. He's friendly and easy to talk to. He really "does know his stuff!"

The kind of real estate agent you want. Looks out for your interests. Returns calls and or emails. Someone you can trust. Would not hesitate to recommend or use again.
