Aurora Flats

I'm reading reviews of this place from 10 yrs ago and it seems like the same issues are still going on today... The apartment itself was ok, although towards the end of the lease we had what I believe was raccoon living inside the walls and it was loud. But not louder than the creepy drunks sitting outside all night long drinking and blasting music every day and night of the week. I never felt safe walking to/from my truck because there's groups of men gathered in every corner drinking and staring you down when you walk by, especially at young women like myself. You also see these drunks peeing OUTSIDE literally everywhere! I even had to threaten to call the cops on one because he was peeing right by the back of my truck as I was walking to my vehicle. Do not move to aurora flats the place is roaches infested the whole apartment smells like sewer everyday I even tried to use plug in air freshener and I signed my lease at $890 with the old manager with the special they were running this new manager comes in and now they are charging me fees that was never discussed the day I came in tsign my lease we went from $890 to $965 a month to live with roaches in an apartment that smells like sewer and garbage they are liars and will reap you off tell you one thing only to turn around and try to rob you don't move here I signed my lease without seeing the place and when I saw it, it was to late to back out and Carla will try to rush you by offering you the best deal only to be charged more a month later. I'm going to go see a lawyer this place sho

My wife and I had a wonderful experience today with Ms. Karla, while touring one of the model homes. This place is quiet, the lawn was well manicured, plenty of wide parking spaces. Location was a plus for us being only 3 miles from work. Thank You, Karla!!!

I have lived here for 7 years and I love the property! Love my house and how attentive the office staff is and maintenance staff are amazing.
