The ladies in the office are not trustworthy, take no accountability for their actions. I have been living here for a year. Never had an issue with parking. Always parked in front of my building. Woke up to go to work my car was towed for being parked illegally. Turns out the office personnel never issued me a pass. I explained to them I never received a permit. Showed them all my paperwork from lease. They did care to fix the situation or try to be accountable. Since on their end they can say I received a pass. After going to get a $100 money order for a copy there was a rude lady in the office saying that is cost $150. After I was already told by the lady working beside her it cost $100 for a replacement. This property has come leaps and bounds in the last few years. This is my 3rd year at aurea station and I couldn’t be happier! The grounds have never looked better, management is so friendly and they are quick to respond to work orders. I can’t wait to renew for year 4!

I wish I could give zero stars. Throughout the entire year I resided in the apartment, I encountered numerous issues that severely impacted my living conditions. The most pressing concern was the malfunctioning appliance that remained unfixed despite my repeated requests for maintenance. This lack of response was not an isolated incident; I also noticed water spots on the ceilings and visible mold in the bathroom, which were never addressed despite multiple calls for assistance. There is also no way this place complies with standard building codes as the stairs and decking are very unsafe in several buildings. When I moved out they charged me for things I did not owe and ended up sending me to collections.

We have been loving it here! The apartments have a condo feel to it, there is so much to do in this area, and Ariana at the management has been so welcoming and helpful. They are very attentive and the neighborhood feels family friendly. I would recommend this place to friends and family

Love the apartments, the landscaping is excellent and the management is always very attentive. Specifically Ariyanah R. She’s is always helpful and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live :)!!!
