I wanted to leave this review even if I don’t get the chance to live here because you shouldn’t look any further for a place to live. The team was top notch from the time I came in to the tour throughout my one million questions about units, pricing and availability. Like I must have looked at 10 plus apartments in 3 days and Aura is classy, the finishes in the apartment are new home build standards. The amenities are so clean and welcoming. Definitely an upscale luxury experience, everything they are selling is real and I’m not even a resident yet! Special shoutout to Breanna and Savannah.

What a beautiful community. The minute you walk in, you will feel like you are right at home. You will be greated by the friendliest staff. The decorations are warm and enviting and the model apartments are amazing. You have to come tour a model and ask to see a garage. I know - A garage? But you have to, you won't see anything like this in an apartment community.

Although I’m not personally familiar with the process, the level of customer service I received over the phone was truly exceptional—something you just don’t come across often these days. Morgan took the time to educate me about how apartment hunting works today, explaining what to expect at different communities and what the industry standards typically are. I’ve been living here since last summer. I wanted to wait to provide a review, so I could give a more comprehensive review. Well, I love it here :) the leasing staff is great, always friendly. If you ever have any issues, you can expect them to respond in a timely and professional manner. The maintenance staff responds to requests efficiently, but we’ve honestly haven’t had any major issues. The trash concierge constantly services at their designated time. If you like community events, they have those very often and communicate them well in advance. Pet friendly (honestly, the most adorable pups live here). It’s a really great community, so I felt it necessary to leave a review from a somewhat seasoned resident.

It's a pretty chill quiet community so far. In a very convenient area, not far from anything you need. The office and maintenance staff seem to be down to earth & sociable.
