I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about a year Now, and there are definitely some great things about it. The apartment itself is fantastic—spacious, well-designed, and at a great price point. The amenities are lovely and make living here convenient and enjoyable. Anytime I’ve had a maintenance issue, the team has been quick to respond and get things taken care of, which I really appreciate. However, the biggest drawback for me has been the soundproofing. It’s practically nonexistent. I can hear my upstairs neighbors’ dogs every time they jump off the couch and run around, and whenever they play music, it’s like the walls don’t exist. On top of that, my neighbors next door play extremely loud music with heavy bass that carries through the bedroom and living room—even with the TV tur

Living here was AMAZING. I'm actually jealous of whoever takes over my new place. The location is Round Rock GOLD!! You feel like you're in the countryside, yet you have 2 awesome HEB's and IKEA just down the road. I got a million cool instagram shots from the beautiful pool area, maintenance requests taken care of basically immediately (I believe only 2 in the 2.5 years I lived there because everything works and is actually built well), staff communication and the way they treat you is out of this world. If ever I work in Round Rock again, this place will always be at the top of my list. Kim, Kevin, and all the staff were nothing but amazing to work with. I have already left a review in the past, but this community is worth a 2nd! I cannot express how much I LOVE this community! I have lived here two separate times and both times were amazing. I've lived many places in Austin, and this is the best management team I've ever worked with. Maintenance is fast, community is clean and beautiful, my neighbors were always so nice. I truly have zero complaints! These apartments are well built and many places in the community offer wonderful views with the prettiest sunsets and sunrises. I cannot imagine a better experience at an apartment community than you will experience here. Aura is a 10/10 community! I'd absolutely recommend living here to anyone, I promise this community does not disappoint!

I lived here for a year and can’t say enough wonderful things, not just about the community but also about the wonderful staff. It’s so important to have a home that you love but even more, it’s also important to have people around you who genuinely care about your experience every day. The staff at Aura36hundred have become like my friends so if you are looking for a clean, beautiful, and welcoming community you’ve just found it. Any time there was an issue no matter how big or small they were on it. Fixed it immediately and with my busy life and schedule I want to say that I appreciate the swiftness of the staff who was always ready to help. I will miss living here. I moved into Aura 36Hundred in late December 2024 and have had a generally positive experience. On move-in day, I encountered two issues: dog hair on the floor and a damaged dishwasher interior. The office promptly replaced the dishwasher. Maintenance is quick and efficient, and they ensure repairs are completed within 24 hours without appointments. My only complaint is the valet trash service. While it operates from Sunday to Thursday, there’s only one trash compactor in the community, which is inconvenient for weekend trash. The office is strict about noise and cleanliness, which I appreciate. It’s one of the cleanest apartment complexes I’ve been in. The staff is friendly and responsive to concerns.
