Aulden at the Highlands

I recently visited this property and was really impressed by how well-maintained and welcoming the community is. The layout is beautiful, and the amenities seem thoughtfully designed for comfort and convenience. Janille, the Assistant Manager, made the experience even better—she was professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She made the entire tour feel easy and enjoyable, and it’s clear she truly cares about the residents and the community.

**UPDATE** I have been here for a little over a month now. I do not have AC, I’m having issues with the electricity going in and out. When they came to fix electricity the first time I was told to turn on the stove for it to work and it works sometimes but will go right back out. They finally installed the toilets but they are old, used, stained up toilets. I have gone to the office multiple times, I’ve emailed the manager as requested to get these main issues addressed with no response via email BUT I did receive a text message stating they are not fixing anything until I move out which I will also attach below. I’ll leave video and photos of what my apartment looked like when they said they fixed issues and it is “Move In Ready” unfortunately it will not let me leave video of the electr

Janille helped me through the entire process from start to finish and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. You can truly tell she loves what she does it shows in how attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring she is. I really appreciated her support and professionalism.
