Pricing Now with pricing, you get what you pay for. Cons 1. When I first moved in, my carpets were soaked. You can hear the water with each step. I was told that the carpets were cleaned earlier that morning and it takes 2-3 hours to dry (I moved in at 5pm so how were they cleaned that morning and still soaked). Now i have this mildew smell in my apartment that I can’t get rid of. 2. The apartments seem to be old. The maintenance work order system doesn’t work properly. The office staff mentioned they would put the work order in on their end, however I don’t think they did. A whole week went by and the problem got worse. Water began to come out of the dishwasher along with overflowing in the sink. It was really gross and smelly. When they finally came out to fix it, which was yesterday, that was done pretty swiftly and correct.

Fridge was making god awful noise keeping us up at night. I didn’t get his name but the maintenance man who came was so pleasant, quickly fixed the issue and our fridge has been quiet and working perfectly ever since.

There’s constantly some kind of disturbance outside my apartment building (#10). Just yesterday, about a dozen people were outside, loudly arguing and on the verge of fighting. Two weeks ago, a group of young men — probably in their early 20s — were physically fighting right outside. I even witnessed a couple arguing near the office, which escalated to the man punching the woman. At this point, I don’t feel safe walking to my car at night. This ongoing behavior is unacceptable, and management needs to take action immediately.

They are absolutely the best and I appreciate how attentive they are when they are asked to complete simple tasks. The pool is amazing and they make sure it’s cleaned everyday. The grass is always cut and they make sure the property is always clean. 10/10 I love it here .
