Augusta Commons Apartments

I have been a part of the Augusta Commons Community for about 5 years as my now husband has lived there in the same apt until now. Maintenance responds to requests quickly. Sabrina and Sade are really helpful and very kind in person as well. It is a quaint older complex with character but I have always felt safe and all the residents are either nice or keep to themselves. I am grateful for this place. I do recommend living here if you can look past the not so perfect buildings, it's in a great area and its gated. I can honestly say that this one of the best apartments in this area. It's also relatively quiet and highly recommend!

I had such a great experience touring this community! Aryanna, the assistant manager,was extremely helpful and informative, she didn’t leave out a single detail. She walked me through everything about the property and amenities, and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. The neighborhood was quiet and welcoming, and honestly, this was the best tour I’ve had all day. Very promising place, I’d be delighted to come back and apply!

She took the time to really understand what I was looking for in an apartment and made sure to highlight features that would be the best fit for me.
