We rented a property for over 4 years operated by Aug Realty and had a great experience. The fact that we chose to renew 3 separate times speaks to the quality of their service. The online portal made it easy to pay rent and submit maintenance requests. We did have some appliances go out during our stay but it was always a breeze getting Dean to coordinate with a professional to fix or replaces items. Not once did they balk on sending someone out or paying to get things replaced. The rent pricing and yearly renewals were always fair and transparent in our opinion. I understand everyone's experience is not the same, but speaking of our time with an Aug Realty property, it was really all we could have asked for out of a rental company.

Managing home properties is very challenging and complicated. As a property owner, we have been working with AUG Realty for more than 14 years. They have been handling with the tenants' needs very professionally. AUG Realty has organized several good home repair teams to manage the properties. This is critical to meet all the needs to keep multiple properties in good shape. Whenever the tenants are in situations where home repairs are required, most of the jobs can be timely completed. This is the main reason why most of the tenants love to stay years after years.

I had really great experience with AUG realty. I have rented a home with them for the last 3 years and haven't had any problems with them. Their online system is convenient, so I can report a problem and upload pictures any time online and they are quick to respond. We had number of problems during our stay, but they are always there to take care of the issues promptly. They are reasonable and reliable. They really care about tenants' wellbeing, making sure tenants can stay comfortably. With their outstanding service, we could stay comfortably and I really appreciate it.

I do not like to leave bad reviews but Aug is just terrible in my opinion. The broker in charge is rude and disrespectful. Some of the staff do the best they can, but the fish stinks from the head if you ask me. Trying to deal with AUG is way more difficult than it needs to be, at the end of a lease they will do every thing possible to make life difficult for a tenant and keep as much of your deposit as they can. Be very careful when dealing with AUG.

I loved working with Ellen. Me and my family moved into Raleigh around 2018 and she helped make the moving process a breeze. We recently bought our own home and the process of moving out was simple with her help. The entire 6 years that we were tenants she was always ready to help us in any problem that we encountered.
