If I could rate -stars I would to start my review off the property management sucks they often are very unprofessional and the roaches will meet you at your front door to let them in and when you complain to maintenance they treat it as if it’s your fault I had mold in my unit for a whole year not moved at any point . Stay away from this place then the people who live here treat it like the projects . I asked to move my unit for a year and never did .

Flex is never updated to where you can pay your rent on time you have to wait for them to post it days after nothing gets fixed when you put in work orders we never had a working pool but that’s promised to you in the lease the office never answers the phone yes noise from the kids at after hours is ridiculous

If I could give 1 star I would. This place is a hot mess. I had never seen so many roaches until I got to this place. I stayed a year and a half. New bedroom and living room set went down the drain. I wouldnt dare to have took it to infest my new property. The roaches were so out of control they were coming thru the socket outlets. How they expect people to pay all that money and u are better living outside. Even after leaving to get a residential referral was hard. I was missing out on opportunity bc they weren't sending correct paperwork in time, always changing emails, and just not answeringthe phone. Don't waste your time. You will get so tired you will invest your own money in products to get rid of them. The regional manager is awful. Don't get stuck living here. The trap in the pic

This is an update to my previous review... I was finally able to touch base with Dana from management today who sincerely apologized for the issues I had regarding a new refrigerator for my apartment. She was genuinely interested in resolving the issue and assured me that my claim was looked into and addressed accordingly. I greatly appreciate her prompt response and her customer based focus.

The maintenance guy Sam is very handy he always come to save the day. He get the job done within the first 48 hours of any complaint. He is very respectful and I recommend this gentleman over any maintenance man in the whole central Virginia
