I had such a great experience getting everything set up for my move into Audubon Parc. Catalina from Spectrum was incredibly helpful while assisting me with setting up my Wi-Fi. She was efficient, knowledgeable, and very dedicated to making sure everything was taken care of quickly and smoothly. It made the whole process stress-free. I also want to mention how wonderful April and Veronica have been throughout this process. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been so kind and welcoming, which really makes a difference when moving to a new place. This kind of experience is what truly makes a place feel like home. I’m very excited to move into Audubon Parc and start this new chapter here. Thank you all for making the transition such a positive one!

We live in a great complex. The office manager April is amazing. The Maintenance team are awesome. Everyone is friendly and polite. Our neighbors are great!! This is the perfect place for us.

My application just got accepted at Audobon today and I couldn't be more excited! I'm coming from a student apartment so honestly anything is better than that experience, BUT, that being said, I was super impressed with the property and the staff. Leasing agent, Elsa Beltran, was super nice and helpful during our application process. She gave us the initial tour of the community, and she did a great job answering our questions and showing us all amenities. We had to call her a few times while we filled out the application for help adding a guarantor and she responded back very quickly. The property itself is BEAUTIFUL as well. Our introduction to Audubon Parc began with their thorough website from floor plans to currently available units to scheduling same day appointment (which we did). Upon our arrival, we were greeted by very friendly maintenance staff even before entering the leasing office. Per our appointment time, April L. warmly welcomed us and immediately set a relaxing personal tone. While in her office, she made us feel comfortable and showed genuine interest in our current life situation resulting in the need for renting an apartment. Following intently listening to our situation, April offered us options from current availability (exactly matching the website) and addressed our specific questions i.e. lease options, storage. We were impressed with the property's cleanliness and access to the lake du
