My mother has lived here since 2014 and she loves it! Mr. John in there takes really good care of her by helping her pay the rent on her phone. I went in with her today and the young lady Donyell had set up this cute little Valentines day event. They had the current events going on the tv, slow jazz playing in the background, the office was smelling so good from this candle, and they even let me print out my passport application! Love the little details at places like this. My mom is not leaving anytime soon!

I want to start off by saying Donyell is amazing!! After touring the place I was pleased with what I saw. Donyell answered any questions that I had and was very helpful with explaining the Move in process. She was knowledgeable and gave greatly advice. I would defintley recommend this place and Donyell as your point of contact!! I promise you won't be disappointed.

I work with Donyell for my tour. I was looking for two bedroom. She showed me a few renovated and a few classics. She was very professional. She showed up to our appointment one time very informative and allow me to think and be in the moment without rushing me or feeling like I was taking up too much of her time. Great person you guys have in the office, keep her there!

I was scheduled to tour an apartment on Roosevelt Blvd but wasn’t able to make it in person. Donyell was still extremely attentive and went out of her way to send me a full video walkthrough of the unit. The renovation looks great, very clean and modern, and everything was explained clearly. I really appreciated her professionalism, communication, and follow‑through. Great experience overall!

She gave me great advice on the move-in date and payments, and everything just felt really easy and personal. The office itself is beautiful, and the whole vibe is just warm and welcoming.
