Audubon Cove

I moved into an apartment in a rush to quickly have somewhere to live after Hurricane Ian. Upon moving in the place was absolutely filthy. There was hair clogged in the bathtub drain. The screens on the balcony where caked with dirt and leaves.Melissa Diaz later confirmed that was from the hurricane and didn’t even waste a breath on a resolution. Any property manager that actually cares would have had maintenance replace the screens. A month into my stay, Melissa Diaz decided to have work crews rip out and replace the landing in front of my door. Any other property would have manager that actually cared would have provided a unit where that wasn’t happening. This complex was built in the 80’s. Audubon Cove has seen some tremendous growth the last couple of years! Melissa is doing an amazing job and I appreciate the management, maintenance, and communication here. We're finally moving into a house -definitely glad to be out of the apartment life soon - but this was a pretty good place the last few years. It's centrally located in Fort Myers, you can get to virtually any store within 20 minutes. The rent is decent, probably cheaper than I'd say 50% of other apartments in this area (We are in a 2B/2Ba). At this time, this place definitely deserves 5 stars.

I am just going through the process of securing a rental at Audubon Cove and was so refreshed how nice and welcoming Melissa was. She showed me several apts so I could decide exactly what I wanted. I have been a renter most of my adult life and you don’t always find someone willing to take the time to ensure you love what you decide on. I had other complexes I was going to look at but after being on this property, feeling the quiet peaceful surroundings and the cute layout of the apartments as well as feeling so welcome, I made my decision right then. I have no doubt that after moving in, I’ll have the same opinion. If you’re looking, the price, the environment, and the apartments are just right.

Building #9 Apt#107 the floor above me squeaks snaps and bangs you can not sleep let alone sit and rest after a long days work no one should live this way. I've gone to Melissa time and time again and she has had more than a year to at least try and fix the problem but has chosen to do absolutely nothing about the problem . Told me if I wanted to move to another apartment she would have to charge me a fee. I do not want to move ( I have to move the floor upstairs has made this apartment unlivable )

MELISSA!!! The entire reason we renewed our last least in this complex. She is simply amazing and a great asset to the office team! For the most part it’s quiet, pretty scenery, and 9/10 neighbors are super friendly. Steve and the maintenance team are always riding around in their golf carts looking for things to update and fix, and take time to get to know each resident. This was our first (and last!) apartment, and if I ever needed to downsize, I’d choose this complex all over again. Great distance to everything, close to 75, pretty much everything you need within a 5 mile radius. I am super sad to hear they’re adding a dog park after we moved out! Our pups would’ve loved it!❤️
