I moved here in September of last year and the management team seemed honest and transparent. Management switched and now everything has fallen apart. There is a giant hole in the parking lot that was dug up for reasons no one explained or has cleaned up. It’s been a couple months. Valet trash stopped coming consistently. It took weeks to get the water leaking into my apartment repaired, leaving stains and water damage no one has yet fixed. And today my car was booted for no reason. Overall, I had higher hopes, and can not wait to get out of my lease

Maintenance request on heat not working correctly was addressed promptly. The unit ended up being replaced with a new unit. The leasing office provided portable heaters for the short period of time it took to order the new unit and install it. Customer service provided by the Maintenance team and Leasing Manager was excellent. Thanks! I appreciate!

Don’t rent here unless you have the time and patience to follow up on maintenance yourself. Had to hound the leasing office for almost a month due to rats in the apartment. Pest control was scheduled to show up 3 weeks in a row and no showed with no communication from the leasing office. Called multiple times and only got a response when I walked over and physically visited the leasing office. Ended up having to purchase my own traps and will get reimbursed for a grand total of $6 because the office was unable to get traps on their own and are unwilling/unable to get a proper vendor. Edit: I was told if I wanted immediate service I would need to purchase my own traps and would be reimbursed. I made a trip specifically for the purpose of buying traps. They ended up using their own traps. L

I have lived here for two years (getting ready to leave). At first, it was nice; office staff and maintenance were both communicative and effective. But those folks left, new folks came in, and everything pretty much went to hell. I have had to wait months for work orders to be completed; I have termites, and my building is literally falling down. Leaky roof, water damage, eletrical problems. I'm currently sitting here in my unit with no AC in 90° weather, and emergency maintenance hasn't helped in over 24 hours. They also like to close work orders without actually doing any of the work. And valet trash (which is included) rarely comes in the time they say they do, so there's always trash everywhere. Initially I gave them 1 star. Disgusting. Even if they pay you to kive you shouldn’t. The building has moulds. I didn’t know that this is so shitty else never would have signed the lease. Never ever stay here. Stay at your own risk I increased my rating only because the management allowed us to look for a new apartment. They allowed this exception as my husband has severe mould allergy and fell sick after staying in the apartment just for a night. Due to his medical condition the management allowed us to go elsewhere. Request to Audubon: Even though these are old apartments kindly maintain cleanliness and we would have never chosen to stay if we knew that there are moulds
