UPDATE 1/29/26: While I was experiencing a emergency medical situation the security guard on duty blocked my friend from going upstairs to bring me urgent medicine my doctor prescribed and threatened to call the police over the building's sign-in policy. The issue was not the policy itself, but the unnecessary escalation during a medical emergency. The property manager did nothing to help and reinforced the policy saying that my friend was just "having a bad day". This experience shows that the building's "rules" clearly lack common sense and resident 's well-being are not considered. This building used to be a great place to live when it was managed by Tripalink. Since the change in management, living here has become extremely stressful and no longer worth the cost. Policies have changed without regard for tenants, including no longer allowing deliveries to be brought to residents’ doors. More concerning, the current management has been hostile and unprofessional toward me despite the fact that I have lived here continuously for four years. During an ongoing divorce involving a domestic violence restraining order, management has repeatedly harassed me, threatened to call the police, and refused to communicate in a civil or respectful manner. I have been denied a replacement set of keys and told to contact my abusive ex for access, which is inappropriate and unsafe. My

We were worried from the negative reviews before moving here this year. We’re glad we took the chance. Honestly. Pros: New management is very professional and responsible. Amenities are very nice especially the roof top has some amazing views. Location is really close to everything you might need. Cons: Security could be more active. But be smart. Sometimes landlord charges fees even when the portal is slow and you are required to opt into amenities, but that is regular landlord activities. Overall, (the new) management is very responsible and makes living here a good experience.

Worst mistake ever. Moved to Audrey Apartments over this weekend. I signed a lease with Jamison, but the building is managed by Carter Management or Carter Property Management. The property manager’s name is Linda. I was barely moving in, and the manager asked the guard to give me a hard time. Apparently, Linda asked the guard that we can't open both lobby doors.She flat-out told the guard (she didn’t know the call was on speaker) that she hates Jamison. And if we opened the other door by ourselves, the guard is to call the cops. Even the guard thought it was stupid. She allowed us to use the entire doorway. How else was I supposed to fit a couch inside? And she reported to the manager that she called the cops on us, but she didn’t. So, my fair warning to all. Do not sign the lease with

This is the worst apartment you can sign into. Rude, disrespectful security guards, management and Tripalink. Be careful as they will threat and pursuit you if you break any rules on the contract. I will not sign any lease that has Tripalink logo on it.
