A lot of miscommunication, half the reviews are fake. These reviews are from them offering free gifts for leaving a nice review. The trash valet (that they make us pay for) he come when he feels like. The utilities are no longer included in the rent they told us while we are in a middle of lease. They put 3 months worth of electricity on a random month and tell us the week rent is due. The tenants are gross btw and it doesn’t seem like there are repercussions . And you might get chased by a tenants dog because they don’t use leashes no more. And the girl in the office don’t got a clue of what she doing (not trying to be mean). Good luck!

Changing Policies every month and sending notice on weekends or over the Holidays so you can be charge for policy you didn't get time to see. Not Happy with changing policy every month since new management taken charge over and imposing false penalties on residents account without a reasoning. Just another way to scam your money and didn't care to resolve residents concerns. No Customer service no professional handling. Not going to renew my lease for next term for sure.

Good luck trying to get your security deposit back! It’s been 90 days since I moved out and I have received NOTHING!! All I keep getting is the run around about new managers vs past ones.. if they didn’t run through 4 managers a year I would not have this problem. Beware!

On day 3 of the water looking like this with no update to when it will be fixed. Maintenance won’t respond and no one will answer the phone in the office. Received a message saying the issue has been resolved but does this look like it was resolved?
