Auburn Trace Apartments

If you’re a young adult and want to move to an income based apartment look elsewhere. I’ve been here 5 years and it feels like a target is on my back my downstairs neighbor can call about anything and they call me with a complaint. I could drop a pen an she’ll call saying I’m stomping. I have a 2 year old and you guys know how toddlers can be. Mind you I gave this lady my personal number incase of anything. Who knew a toddlers light jog was considered stomping. Apparently she wants you to beat your kids till they’re still for her to be happy. These apartments pick and choose who to help if you’re young don’t count on it. I had a noisy dishwasher didn’t get changed till the lady downstairs called can complained i was playing loud music. The wax on my kitchen and bathroom floor they complain

I've been there twice. One to look at the outside and landscape and it is always excellent. I stopped in yesterday to pick up a new application and had the pleasure to talk to Cathy who was very professional, polite and answered my questions. She made me feel very comfortable and I'm looking forward to hopefully moving in once I'm on the waiting list. Thank you Cathy for being so helpful and nice. Jesse "Rusty" Clayton

Words can’t describe the management and maintenance. The manager of the property (windy ) is never seen maintenance wont fix anything until its time for inspection. I had a broken window screen for 4 years. Only two of my stove tops worked and this property has MOLD!!! I’ve reached out to cooperate and haven’t heard anything as of today it makes a week. I received a call stating windy is cooperate out of her own mouth! This place needs new management they dont care about no one on the property you can die from mold but do they care? If anyone know a good lawyer please email me someone has to be the voice it ends today they need a 0 star not one good compliment 🤦🏽‍♀️ sad part is everybody feel like this is it …how can anything change with no strong management/corporate

I have lived here for 8 years and hate it now. I have a broken smoke alarm that won't get fixed, a leaky kitchen faucet I've been waiting 8 years to get fixed. A bad wax ring in my toilet nothing is done about. I have to caulk every week. My dish washer has been broke for a month. The landscaping has stopped beyond mowing. 3 year old mulch looks like garbage. Bushes and shrubs are dead or missing. In a few more years these will be the new ghetto apartments (half way there now). There are SEVERAL other apartment complexes near by I would HIGHLY recommend over these. Had I the money I would move.

Management are extremely nice and also when you tell them you have a problem or something they come right out and fix it The two ladies in the office I've always been nice and courteous to me do I have to give him a five star
